This is why we carve out 3 meeting free hours every month to dedicate to learning & development - we call it EXPLORE - time to explore new skills & our individual potential. Always keeping the three C’s at the core, EXPLORE supports professional & personal growth.
Colleagues choose how they learn – live sessions, LinkedIn Learning videos, 1:1 collaboration with a teammate, webinars, etc. Everyone has a different learning style so colleagues are encouraged to choose what works best for them.
