

Bill Graham - President
Bill joined the Beiersdorf team in 2007 as Vice President of Sales for the U.S. business.
Previously, he was the Vice President of Customer Development at Novartis, joining Novartis through it’s acquisition of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Consumer OTC division, where he was the Vice President of Sales, North America. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bill was at Unilever where he held key sales leadership positions in the U.S. market, including field sales, category management, trade marketing, and as the Director of Customer Marketing for the company’s beverage business.
Magnus Jonsson - Vice President, Marketing
Magnus Jonsson joined Beiersdorf US in 2004. He has held several positions within the Nivea brand group of increasing responsibility: Product Manager, Nivea Visage; Marketing Manager, Nivea Body; Marketing Director, Nivea; and most recently, since November 2009, the newly created position of Marketing Director, Nivea for Men and Consumer Intelligence.
During his time at Beiersdorf Jonsson has played an influential role in the development of the US brand strategy for Nivea and in turn made a significant contribution to the brand’s successful development in the US. Jonsson is credited with the successful launches of Nivea Body Wash and Nivea Lip Care in the US, and in his latest role, for finding new ways to significantly develop the male grooming offering and re-ignite growth in related categories.

Tina Jackse – Vice President, Global Sales Walmart
Tina joined the Leadership Team in 2012 as Vice President, Global Sales Walmart where she is responsible for all Walmart business internationally and works collaboratively across the Beiersdorf affiliates around the world to help lead, develop and further strengthen Beiersdorf’s Walmart business.
Tina joined Beiersdorf Inc. in 1989 and has held progressive, senior sales assignments during her career including extensive experience leading the Walmart team in the US. In her last role as Sr. Director, National Accounts Drug, Club and Value, Beiersdorf earned the prestigious recognition of Vendor of the Year for both CVS and most recently Rite-Aid.

Joe Oliveri – Vice President Sales
Joe Oliveri joined the Beiersdorf Leadership Team in 2012 as Vice President, Sales. He leads the sales organization for Beiersdorf USA, working closely with existing customers, generating new business opportunities and identifying new avenues for sales growth.
Before joining Beiersdorf, Joe worked for several years at The Dannon Company as Vice President Sales - National Accounts where he was responsible for the company’s largest and most strategic customer base. Prior to that, Oliveri spent 12+ years with Great Brands of Europe/Evian North America, where he held progressively responsible roles in regional sales, sales planning, division and national sales management ultimately becoming the Vice President of Sales for Evian North America.
Kathy Shea - Vice President Supply Chain
Kathy has led the Beiersdorf North American Supply Chain Team since 2005. She has extensive experience across all functions within the Supply Chain including Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing.
Kathy worked for Clairol and Proctor and Gamble before joining Beiersdorf in 2002.
Kathy and her team have created an environment which prides itself on quality, service and operational excellence.

Amy Nenner - Vice President Human Resources
Amy joined the Beiersdorf Leadership team in 2008, where she currently leads the Human Resources function and is responsible for developing the strategic direction for all Human Resources and administrative operations in North America.
Amy has extensive experience as a senior HR Executive at major Consumer Products and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining BDF Inc, Amy was Chief People Officer at Heineken USA.
